How we build this list

We tap a working network of Houston contractors, builders, and investors — plus multiple data sources — and enrich every site before it lands on your map.

Our network

Contractors, builders, and investors working the Houston market every day.

Multiple sources

We pull from several signals so a job shows up on your map well before word gets around.

Enriched & vetted

Each site is checked, tagged, and matched to the work scope so you know what you're walking into.

On your map

Refreshed every two weeks. Filter by ZIP, project type, recency.

What's on the map today

Every Houston site where a dumpster operator could be making a call this week.

Current — not stale

Every site is an active project where work is happening right now. Refreshed every two weeks. No old leads pretending to be live.

Both sides of the job

New construction needs multi-day debris hauling. Demolition needs heavy-debris pickup. Pins are color-coded so you know what gear to send.

Address-level precision

Every pin sits at the exact street address — not zip-code-centroid guesswork. Click any pin to copy the address straight into Maps.

Filter to your ZIPs

Toggle ZIP codes and project types on/off. Time slider hides projects older than X days. The map shows only what you actually care about.

Common questions

How is this different from MLS, HAR, or a lead-gen service?
MLS shows homes for sale. HAR shows neighborhood market data. Lead-gen services sell stale, recycled phone numbers. We show active job sites — the exact addresses where someone is about to need a dumpster on the ground.
Where does the data come from?
We pull from a working network of Houston contractors, builders, and investors, combined with multiple data sources. Every site is enriched, vetted, and tagged before it lands on the map. As the network grows, the list gets sharper.
What counts as a hotspot on this map?
An active Houston project — new construction or demolition — where a dumpster is part of the work. We focus on sites that are actually moving, not paperwork that's been sitting around. About 595 active hotspots at any given time across the Houston metro.
What happens when beta ends on June 10?
Anyone who didn't sign up by June 10 will have to pay to get access. Anyone who signed up before June 10 keeps free access through June 24 — that's your window to try the map without commitment. On June 24 the site goes behind the paywall and active subscriptions are required to continue.
Why are you giving this away during beta?
Two reasons. One — we want member feedback while we're still shaping features. Two — early supporters help us prove this works, so we give back with a one-year price lock at our launch discount for anyone who signs up before June 10.
Do I have to give a credit card?
Not during free access. Beta signup is just an email — no payment info collected. The paywall starts June 24; that's when subscribers add a card to continue. If you signed up before June 10 and decide to subscribe, you lock in the one-year early-supporter rate. If you decide to pass, your free access just ends — no charges, no surprise renewals.
